Good bye Jerel, Dominic, and Wesley

I am very sad that Jerel Mcneal, Dominic James, and Wesley Matthews are leaving. Those are 3 of their best 4 players and all they got coming next year to replace them is the 82nd raed high-school player in the class of 09, Erik Williams. hopefully he will have a good season next year and maybe squeak in an at-large bid to the tourney. To do that they will need to have Lazar Hayward step up and Jimmy Butler.

Good bye Jerel, Dominic, and Wesley

Its really too bad that this great backcourt didn't have the kind of the frontcourt that could make them a top contender.   I really don't think many people understand, how great of backcourt unit Marquette had this year.   I'm going to miss watching Jerel McNeal play.  He was definitely a game.   And what a transition for Dom James this year.   He really seem to throw away the "Me" label and was willing to understand what he needed to do to give this team a better chance.   Wesley Matthews, the least heralded of the 3, was one of the most effective scorers in the nation this year.    Yes, I really have to believe that a NIT appearance would be a realistic outlook for next years team.  Hayward is a really good player, but won't nearly enough to replace the 3 stars that they lost this year.
